The woodfired oven on wheels arrives around an hour and a half before the party starts to set up our preparation area and to start the fire.
The chef will take care of you and your guests during 3 hours of unlimited pizza, preparing them on the spot, Italian style. Our homemade pizza dough is stretched by hand, topped and cooked in our authentic Italian woodfired oven at over 400 degrees.
We begin serving entrée pizza once the guests arrive, followed by mains and finishing with delicious sweet dessert pizza.
To serve pizza we supply an elegant buffet-style table or we can provide a waiter/waitress to serve among your guests.
